Lately, more and more couples are looking into giving donations to charities. A popular and most giving option is giving donations in your guest’s name as wedding favors. A little gesture can go a long way and inspire others! Don’t fret, you can still receive personal gifts and much needed household items. Two other options can be looking for registries that donate a percentage of their proceeds or simply including a charity on your registry for donations. Look for charities that have a personal meaning to you to make the donation more special. It can honor a loved one or simply be an organization that inspires you.

Some top charity organizations are: Habitat for Humanity, Breast Cancer Research, Save the Children, Global Giving, Charity: water, American Cancer Society, and the Humane Society.
