Lost on Etsy!

This afternoon, Monday “my day-off”, I got totally and completely lost on Etsy. Lost in a very good way. This site is full of every little creative project out there: save-the-dates, favors, placecards and so forth. Loads of homemade “stuff” for incredibly affordable prices. Etsy tags itself as “Your place to buy and sell all things handmade” and is filled with all sorts of creative people selling their wear online.

I skipped across this jewelry line by an Etsy member called “LuxeDeluxe“. She creates gorgeous necklaces from $35 that are classy and fun (see above photos). This could be a great gift idea for your bridal party; all the same necklaces or different designs for personality/style preferences. The top one (which could have you singing “one of these things does not go with the other”) is more “gifty” than “wedding” but it could be a really personal choice and has a nice layered look.

I figure the creative group on Etsy could take any one of your ideas and make it for you. Think you could buy that “cool” seating card idea from Martha without picking up a pair of scissors. Check out Etsy and let me know what you think!
