I’ve never tasted cake like this before…

I will be quite honest here – I am a bit jaded when it comes to wedding cake. Years ago I worked for a bakery, and since then I have never neglected a bite at any of my weddings. I love sweets, I love chocolate and I love food. Match made in heaven? Well, sometimes. Nothing has really turned my head like Jenna Turners wedding cakes at Susina Bakery on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles. Let me describe what I’m talking about here: four layers of light vanilla cake, fresh whipped cream with mixed berry filling (not too sticky sweet), covered in whipped cream and topped with flaked meringue! This is “died and gone to heaven wedding cake.” To my future brides, please, for me, order her cake for your wedding – you will have one happy planner. So, Jenna, my friend, it’s safe to say I have a crush.
