I heart, hearts and rustic summers

Now that we’re into July we can truly move into the heart and soul of summer. Summer is favorite season for many; bringing together family and friends for a celebration of some of the years best weather and longest light. Of course, one of the ultimate summer celebrations of family, is a wedding. There is a little company called “Whispering Pines” that recently took their things for the cabin and brought it to the wedding world. Some of their delightful notions are a little too campy for weddings but with their home grown “Rustic Wedding Decor” they might just hit your summer-wedding-soft-spot. I especially love these floating glass hearts, that can be strung from just about anywhere (over tables, in trees, clusters above the dance floor). Then I stumbled on to the mason jars, pretty wheat display and tin heart. All of these ideas and images conjure up love and warmth for me… a perfect wedding combination.
