Cassandra is an expert wedding consultant and coordinator with a decade of wedding planning experience. From cake designing to taking those with wedding dreams through the planning process step-by-step, Cassandra has professional hands-on experience with each wedding component and vendor. She’s worked with table top design at Martha Stewart, created and designed hundreds of floral arrangements while working for a leading NYC floral designer, a chocolatier, a bakery and the list goes on. Cassandra’s passion for perfection and her solid work ethic have earned her every wedding credential available. Her private planning business has thrived in Los Angeles and taken her around the country and world (literally, from Seattle to Sweden, from Hawaii to New York City). Assistants, Attendants & Coordinators
The Beautiful Day team is comprised of talented, experienced professionals chosen through an extensive screening process. You can expect your assistant to be focused on your event, providing a friendly knowledgeable voice in the weeks leading up to your wedding.
In addition to our supportive assistant you will also get to know our calm and quick lead attendant. She will be with you and your family during the hours leading up to your ceremony and during your rehearsal. Handy with a sewing kit, she can also be a huge help with creative projects. One of our coordinators will be working with you from the start of your agreement through to the end of  your wedding day. You may find yourself smiling across the room at her as she directs your catering staff to start dessert right on time, or providing calming encouragement to your maid-of-honor before she begins her toast. Their friendly guidance and warm personalities of our team will be a constant and reassuring presence.

Day of Planning

What  We Offer

The first step is the initial consultation (for up to two hours!) with your planner. This meeting will have you two personally connected and on track. The following week we will set up your timeline and begin organizing the vital details of your wedding day.
As your wedding date nears the six-week mark, your coordinator will meet you at your venue or with a key vendor (flowers, anyone?). The week of the wedding everything will come together with professional confirmation services

Your wedding rehearsal will be attended by your planner to get to know your wedding party personally. On your wedding day take a breath of fresh air while your make-up is getting done, your tables are being set, and an attendant will always be nearby with an extra safety pin.
Go ahead and dance the night away! We’ll collect your gifts, professionally package up your special items and send you off with a smile.
